What you will do

  • Serve as a senior executive liaison and strategic advisor to critical mortgage servicing partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain C-level relationships with servicing partner stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic discussions and architect partnership frameworks that drive mutual value creation and portfolio growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partner executive teams to identify servicing market opportunities and co-develop strategies leveraging hirify.global® Scores.
  • Direct cross-functional internal teams through complex partnership initiatives from strategic planning to successful market execution.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives with servicing partners focusing on borrower management and portfolio optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Strong demonstrated experience in mortgage servicing partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within financial services.
  • Proven track record of executive-level partnership development within the mortgage servicing ecosystem.
  • Established C-level professional network spanning mortgage servicers, MSR investors, and servicing technology providers.
  • Exceptional ability to understand complex servicing partner business models, regulatory requirements, market positioning, and strategic objectives.
  • Ability to travel 40% to 60% for partner meetings, industry conferences, and strategic planning sessions.
