TL;DR

Director of Content, Brand Editorial: Leads the execution, quality, and consistency of hirify.global’s B2B content across channels, overseeing day-to-day editorial operations and partnering with content strategy, marketing, and subject matter experts. With an accent on owning editorial standards, managing contributors, and translating complex B2B topics into clear, compelling narratives. Focus on setting editorial vision and roadmap for branded content, driving high-quality, thought-provoking stories, and managing the full editorial lifecycle across various formats and distribution channels.

Location: This is a Full time position based in provinces of Ontario and Québec, Canada, operating remotely.

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 CAD annually

What you will do

  • Set the editorial vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s branded content, including magazines and thought leadership.
  • Drive the creation of high-quality, thought-provoking stories that elevate hirify.global’s position in digital transformation and experience design.
  • Manage the full editorial lifecycle from ideation to distribution across print, digital, and audio.
  • Build strong relationships with internal subject matter experts, clients, and external contributors.
  • Define and track KPIs for branded content performance using SEO insights, market research, and analytics.
  • Establish best practices for multi-format content creation, distribution, repurposing, and syndication to reach global audiences.

Requirements

  • Strong background in B2B content marketing, ideally in tech, consulting, or digital transformation industries.
  • Experience writing and editing long-form, high-stakes B2B content such as industry and annual reports.
  • 8+ years in professional writing, editing, or content production, with experience in long-form editorial and audio storytelling.
  • Proven track record in building and managing branded content platforms that engage global audiences.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives across formats including articles, interviews, thought leadership, and podcasts.
  • Experience with global content strategy, tailoring brand stories for regional markets while maintaining consistency.
  • Proficiency in English required (for Québec-based positions).
