What you will do

• Plan and create multi-lingual content strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Produce high-quality, persona-specific documentation meeting writing and information architecture standards.
• Develop and follow style guide and writing guidelines for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with translators and regional teams to adapt and QA localized content.
• Write, edit, and organize technical content such as release notes, FAQs, and video tutorials.
• Manage release cycle tasks and assignments within set deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, technical writing certificate, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with version control tools like GitHub.
• Experience working with XML-based documentation publishing software, such as MadCap Flare.
• Familiarity with localization tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ), CMS, and LMS.
• Understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
