Salary: $180,000–$202,500 + benefits (USD yearly)

What you will do

• Define and document copy and tone guidance within Mana, our Design System, to create consistent, inclusive, and accessible language.
• Collaborate with Brand, Legal, and Policy teams to align product language with company standards.
• Build an AI-powered tool that enables teams to write their own copy following established guidelines.
• Build tools to catch non-compliant copy in code and suggest improvements, preventing issues before they reach users.
• Partner with design and product teams to write and review critical in-product copy for major initiatives.
• Establish a review process that catches copy-related risks before launch.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product copywriting.
• Portfolio demonstrating clear, user-centered product copy and systems thinking.
• Technical skills to build tools and implement linters, comfortable working with code and AI.
• Strong documentation skills with experience creating guidelines that multiple teams use.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive language practices.
• Understanding of localization and translation best practices.
