What you will do

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for hirify.global’s Dealer Solutions portfolio.
  • Serve as the operational arm of the Marketing Director, translating go-to-market strategies into high-performing marketing plans.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Stay connected to dealer and market insights to ensure campaign relevance and resonance.
  • Work closely with demand generation, analytics, creative, and marketing operations teams to manage timelines and asset delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on content, lead generation, and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to execute performance marketing campaigns across email, paid media, in-product advertising, and website optimization.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, optimizing spend based on ROI-driven activities.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a track record of measuring and improving marketing KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience in sales enablement and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, company meetings, and partner engagements.
