What you will do
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for hirify.global’s Dealer Solutions portfolio.
- Serve as the operational arm of the Marketing Director, translating go-to-market strategies into high-performing marketing plans.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
- Stay connected to dealer and market insights to ensure campaign relevance and resonance.
- Work closely with demand generation, analytics, creative, and marketing operations teams to manage timelines and asset delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on content, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Proven ability to execute performance marketing campaigns across email, paid media, in-product advertising, and website optimization.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, optimizing spend based on ROI-driven activities.
- Strong analytical mindset, with a track record of measuring and improving marketing KPIs.
- Hands-on experience in sales enablement and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, company meetings, and partner engagements.
