What you will do
- Lead a transformation and build a high-performance culture within the GITOPS team.
- Oversee end-to-end support and daily operations based on defined KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage identity, user access, and equipment lifecycle (ProcureDesk).
- Manage corporate devices, security, operating systems, and identity integration.
- Inspire and lead a cross-functional group of experts, fostering rapid execution.
- Drive AI innovation to leverage AI and automation for internal productivity and quality of service.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a leadership role within IT Operations or Service Management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex operational strategies and results to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with budget management and driving improvement in fast-paced digital environments.
- Exceptionally strong analytical skills, comfortable finding insights from data.
- Fluent English level.
Nice to have
- Experience with practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Eagerness to explore and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development, and enhance productivity.
