What you will do

• Craft visually compelling, pixel-perfect user interfaces, ensuring accessibility standards and business goal alignment.
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes, run design reviews, and iterate based on feedback and data insights.
• Use and contribute to the Firefly design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for inclusive design and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Promote a collaborative, positive, and feedback-driven culture focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual/product design roles, delivering high-quality digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills including UI design, typography, and layout.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
• Skilled in creating high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating to refine and test designs.
• Experience using and contributing to design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and best practices, ensuring WCAG compliance.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and FigJam.
