What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX, from ideation to implementation, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Build solutions systematically, understanding the importance of consistency.
• Collaborate with Design System engineers and establish efficient governance processes for system evolution.
• Measure the impact of designs post-launch through user feedback and analytics, proposing data-driven improvements.
• Align design decisions with business goals and clearly communicate the value delivered.

Requirements

• 4+ Years of UX/UI Design Experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, and B2B/B2C products.
• Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate design concepts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and successful project launches.
• Exceptional UI design skills, with a keen eye for pixel-perfect design, layout, and typography.
• Extensive knowledge of Figma and experience with system design principles.
• Solid project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
