What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from research and ideation to execution and refinement.
• Understand user behavior and challenges through user research and usability testing.
• Utilize product design, interaction design, and visual design skills to build user experiences.
• Deliver detailed designs and clear requirements for features and improvements.
• Apply strategic thinking to design innovative end-to-end user experiences across web & mobile platforms.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Software Engineers to define and deliver products.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Designer designing complex B2B and B2C systems for web and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience designing intuitive user interfaces for customer-facing products.
• Bachelor's degree (Communications, Psychology, HCI, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in an end-to-end design process from ideation, wireframing, and prototyping to final design.
• Experience leading Product Design efforts from concept to final design, including conducting and analyzing usability tests.
• Fluency in user-centered design best practices and design trends across web and mobile platforms.
