What you will do

• Manage and coordinate small to medium-sized end-to-end projects for platform initiatives and integrations.
• Gather business and functional requirements, then configure platform settings to meet client needs.
• Lead platform configurations to achieve clients' target operating models.
• Coordinate implementation activities with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support and guide the definition of clients' workflows and and use cases.
• Learn and support all interfaces on the hirify.global platform, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience in business integration or project technology implementation.
• Experience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong analytical skills and technical expertise.
• Ability to manage fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Project management certification.
• Experience analyzing system workflows and business process flow.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
