Location: Hybrid from Warsaw, Poland (2 days in office per week)

Salary: 150 - 175 PLN net/hour + VAT (B2B contract)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain platform tools and automations for Java-based systems (Java 21).
• Support and optimize Kubernetes workloads (Istio, ArgoCD, Helm).
• Design high-availability and multi-region cloud solutions.
• Provide expert platform support and architectural recommendations to product teams.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, and security across the platform.
• Research new technologies and run Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Java and the modern JVM ecosystem (Java/Kotlin).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and system architecture.
• Practical experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
• Experience in platform engineering and building tools for developers.
• Knowledge of GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Helm) and public cloud platforms (preferably Azure; AWS/GCP acceptable).
• DevOps mindset, including security, deployment strategies, and infrastructure awareness.
