What you will do
- Strengthen hirify.global’s position as France’s go-to Influencer Marketing platform through PR, content, partnerships, and visibility initiatives.
- Define and execute a France-specific acquisition strategy with the sales team, localizing marketing assets to support conversion.
- Run local lead generation campaigns across content, paid media, and events, tracking performance and optimizing based on KPIs.
- Design and deliver high-impact local events, develop partnerships with agencies, associations, and key ecosystem players.
- Engage closely with creators, brands, ambassadors, and influencer marketing communities, monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, PR or brand management, ideally in Influencer Marketing or SaaS/MarTech.
- Strong understanding of the French influencer marketing ecosystem (creators, brands, agencies, platforms).
- Existing network within French media, influencer and marketing circles.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution skills, commercially driven, with experience supporting lead generation and sales.
- Autonomous, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving, international environment.
Nice to have
- Comfortable speaking in front of small to medium audiences (webinars, events, panels).
- Experience working with PR agencies or managing or supporting paid media campaigns.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of the Belgian market.
