What you will do

• Lead in-depth analyses on user behavior, product performance, and business metrics to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Drive data-informed product decisions to build the best product for +27 million students.
• Partner with leadership and product teams to embed data into strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Design and implement scalable data tools, dashboards, and frameworks that enable teams to self-serve insights.
• Take responsibility for data quality, tracking, and consistency across marketing, revenue, product, and growth.
• Continuously optimize data pipelines and processes to ensure accuracy, speed, and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong academic background from a top university with experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence.
• Deep passion for using data to drive product decisions and shape business strategy.
• Analytical depth to uncover insights that influence product development.
• Proactive, execution-focused, and willing to deliver results.
• Enjoy working cross-functionally and enabling better decision-making across the organization.
• Value in-person collaboration and are happy to work from our Berlin HQ five days per week.
• Fluent English.
