What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and processes, evaluating scenarios to recommend business and IT solutions.
• Build and parameterize functionalities in hirify.global to execute and implement business solutions.
• Analyze and manage customer issues, client interaction during testing, bug fixing, and change requests.
• Support developers during implementation and test newly built functionalities.
• Prepare reports and project documents regarding new client requirements, ongoing activities, and project status.
• Work in an Agile environment, improving processes and introducing new technologies.

Requirements

• Background in a technical study route.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Client-orientation and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
