What you will do

• Execute the company's legal strategy and advise on legal risks and opportunities in business operations.
• Ensure corporate compliance with local and international legal frameworks and regulatory developments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including software licensing, SaaS, and NDAs.
• Establish internal controls and processes for regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, IP, data privacy, export controls).
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation processes in coordination with external counsel and oversee legal audits.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and various departments, representing the legal function in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited university and bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 7–10 years of legal experience, preferably with a mix of private practice and in-house experience in tech or SaaS companies.
• Deep understanding of commercial law, contract negotiation, corporate governance, IP, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.
