What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to design and deliver world-class software products.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deeply understand user needs and define product requirements.
• Communicate design concepts using user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to and maintain consistent design systems, ensuring alignment across content, brand, and interactions.
• Support stakeholder validation and provide design guidance to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, user-centered thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and design system experience.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Solid background in human-centered design and UX best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and using data to inform design decisions.
• English: C1+ required.

Nice to have

• BS or MS in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Web Design).
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Background in educational technologies or instructional design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization best practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
