What you will do

• Guide conversations with partners and own feature design against product specifications.
• Create UX wireframes, UI mock-ups, and prototypes using motion comp sketches and UI storyboarding.
• Steward UI/UX design efforts through leadership approvals, iteration, and cross-functional implementation.
• Apply a basic understanding of visual scripting (Blueprints) to realize designs in-engine when needed.
• Build comprehensive documentation to communicate UX vision, including competitive analyses, persona designs, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly through both written and verbal channels.
• Expertise in layout design and presentation, mastering color and shape for visual hierarchy in UI compositions.
• Background in creating, maintaining, and extending design systems.
• Proficiency in visual development and prototyping software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Balsamiq, Axure RP, Figma, Mural).
• Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity), design toolsets, visual scripting, and production pipelines.

• Motion graphics and animation proficiency.
