What you will do

Guide conversations with partners and own feature design against product specifications.
Create UX wireframes, UI mock-ups, and prototypes using motion comp sketches and UI storyboarding.
Steward UI/UX design efforts through leadership approvals, iteration, and cross-functional implementation.
Apply a basic understanding of visual scripting (Blueprints) to realize designs in-engine when needed.
Build comprehensive documentation to communicate UX vision, including competitive analyses, persona designs, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.

Requirements

Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly through both written and verbal channels.
Expertise in layout design and presentation, mastering color and shape for visual hierarchy in UI compositions.
Background in creating, maintaining, and extending design systems.
Proficiency in visual development and prototyping software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Balsamiq, Axure RP, Figma, Mural).
Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity), design toolsets, visual scripting, and production pipelines.

Motion graphics and animation proficiency.
