What you will do

• Design and oversee end-to-end user experiences, from concept to detailed interaction design and interactive prototypes.
• Create storyboards, wireframes, and mockups to communicate interaction concepts effectively.
• Ensure consistent, efficient, and enjoyable UX across products, aligning user experience with business strategy.
• Collaborate with product owners, BAs, developers, and QAs to define problem spaces and refine user flows.
• Maintain and evolve an established design system, creating reusable components.
• Support accessibility standards (WCAG) and promote inclusive design.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design delivering complex, large-scale digital products.
• Proven experience in end-to-end design projects, from research to delivery and iteration.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), with deep understanding of component libraries and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives independently, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• English level: B2 or higher.
