What you will do
- Own the influencer marketing direction and roadmap, identifying platforms, creators, and formats with strong potential for user acquisition.
- Build and manage hirify.global’s influencer ecosystem, handling collaborations end-to-end from sourcing and negotiation to content briefing and performance tracking.
- Drive performance, tracking, and optimization by owning acquisition-focused KPIs (LTV, CAC, retention) and partnering with Product and Data teams.
- Stay at the forefront of influencer trends and best practices, proactively exploring new formats and collaboration models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles, including at least 2 years dedicated to influencer marketing.
- Native-level French and fluent English, written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, knowing how to identify, recruit, and manage creators at scale.
- Demonstrated operational excellence, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns in parallel.
- User-centric mindset, eager to understand users and how they respond to content.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into actions.
- Entrepreneurial, AI-curious, and hands-on mindset.
