SEO Manager (iGaming): Defining and driving the complete SEO strategy for flagship websites in North American (USA & Canada) markets with an accent on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Focus on analyzing SERPs, conducting technical audits, and leading site migrations while ensuring SEO performance.

Location: Central Paris, France. Hybrid work model (up to 2 days/week remote after onboarding). Full-remote applications will not be considered.

What you will do

• Define and drive the complete SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, Technical) for North American markets.
• Build and execute an ambitious SEO roadmap in collaboration with Content and development teams.
• Analyze North American SERPs, conduct market research, and benchmark competitors.
• Lead site migration and redesign projects, guaranteeing SEO performance throughout.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and provide clear reporting to management.
• Act as the go-to SEO expert for the North American market, collaborating with developers on technical optimizations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of confirmed experience in SEO, with a strong technical focus.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher required) for daily communication in an English-speaking market.
• Expert mastery of SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, log analysis).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex analysis).
• Solid knowledge of web languages (HTML/CSS/JS) and their impact on SEO.
• Proven experience in managing migrations and/or redesigns of high-traffic sites.
• Deep understanding of E-E-A-T concepts and their practical application, especially for YMYL topics.
• Strategic vision for AI's impact on search (SGE, Generative AI).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the iGaming sector or previous experience in highly competitive markets (US/UK).
• Experience with or strong understanding of Google Discover and/or Google Top Stories.
