What you will do

• Coordinate transversal projects by collaborating with Design, Product Marketing (PMM), and Content teams to create briefs for stands and brochures.
• Craft strategic communications by developing pre- and post-event plans and drafting compelling copy to engage the audience.
• Drive data analysis by tracking KPIs, managing dashboards, and ensuring reporting accuracy using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support event logistics and ensure the smooth delivery of the roadmap in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with analytics, dashboards, and reporting accuracy.
• An "entrepreneurial mindset," know how to prioritize conflicting tasks, and take ownership of your topics.
• Marketing/Communication Masters student with a 360° view.
• Languages: Fluent in French & English
