What you will do
- Manage company website, social media channels, and organic search (SEO).
- Design and drive lead generation initiatives and acquisition advertising campaigns.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention marketing campaigns.
- Define marketing plan, editorial strategy, and create diverse marketing content (testimonials, white papers, blog articles, etc.).
- Create sales collateral and product presentation materials.
- Contribute to the organization of events like trade shows, networking clubs, and webinars.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role (in-house or agency).
- Strong autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of French (written and spoken, flawless spelling).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including website management (CMS), social media management (LinkedIn), and analytics/performance tracking (KPIs, conversions, ROI).
- Experience managing acquisition and retention campaigns.
Nice to have
- Degree from a business school (ESC) or formal education in Marketing & Communication.
- Experience in mobile marketing.
- Advanced SEO expertise or hands-on experience with paid acquisition tools (Google Ads).
- Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma.
- Experience organizing webinars and professional events or creating long-form content.
