Room 8 Group is an end-to-end strategic partner in external game development, providing creative and technical expertise for AAA and AA games.

What you will do

• Source candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, ArtStation, GitHub, forums, talent databases).
• Engage with passive candidates and introduce them to studio opportunities.
• Build and maintain pools of talent for key functions (art, engineering, game design, production).
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit.
• Maintain sourcing activity in the HRM system and track outreach metrics.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role (2+ years) with hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
• Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and tools (e.g., social networks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, resilience, proactivity, and emotional intelligence.
• English: B1 (Intermediate) required.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with Jira.
