What you will do

• Manage and coordinate small to medium-sized end-to-end projects for platform initiatives and integrations.
• Gather business and functional requirements and configure platform settings to meet client needs.
• Lead platform configurations and coordinate ongoing implementation activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Support and guide the definition of clients' workflows and use cases.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the hirify.global platform interfaces, identifying issues and areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.

Requirements

• Academic and/or professional qualification in Business Management, Finance, or related fields.
• 3+ years of work experience in business integration or project technology implementation, including technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex data workflows.
• Experience in analyzing system workflows and business process flow.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders with attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are a must.

• Master's degree.

• Sound written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
