What you will do

• Identify and analyze acquiring fraud risks, including merchant abuse, friendly fraud, chargebacks, and card schemes compliance.
• Design, monitor, and challenge the effectiveness of hirify.global’s fraud controls.
• Build and continuously improve hirify.global’s fraud risk framework.
• Ensure fraud rates remain within risk appetite without compromising growth or customer experience.
• Report to the Fraud Risk Manager within the Financial Crime Risk Management Function.

Requirements

• Highly motivated professional with experience in Fraud Risk Management.
• Strong focus on acquiring fraud risks.
• Proficiency in identifying and analyzing risks, and designing fraud controls.
• Understanding of merchant abuse, friendly fraud, chargebacks, and card schemes compliance.
• Ability to continuously improve fraud risk frameworks.
• Must be based in one of the EU countries.
