What you will do

  • Support the development and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including drafting instructions and routines.
  • Conduct information security risk assessments and maintain the risk register.
  • Perform security assessments of third-party vendors and partners during onboarding and oversight.
  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management activities.
  • Assist in maintaining security controls for access management, internal fraud prevention, and segregation of duties.
  • Respond to customer due diligence requests and security questionnaires while supporting audit preparations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in information security, IT risk, or compliance (internships count).
  • Foundational understanding of information security principles and frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST CSF.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Analytical and structured approach to work with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and explain security concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISA, or CISSP.
  • Proficiency in Swedish.
