Strategy Associate

The Strategy team is Plata International's engine for growth and execution. We drive international expansion, keep teams aligned on priorities, and act as a "SWAT team" when critical problems need solving fast. If it's high-stakes and cross-functional - it's probably on our plate.
We're looking for a Strategy Associate to join Plata's international expansion team. You'll work directly with the Chief of Strategy on high-impact projects: from market entry analysis to investor materials and regulatory strategy.
Challenges that await you:

• Build investor-ready presentations and board materials


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across LatAm markets


• Structure complex problems and turn ambiguous questions into clear recommendations
  What makes you a great fit:


• At least 2 years in management consulting (MBB or strong tier-2 preferred)


• Exceptional structuring skills - you know how to break down a problem and tell a story with data


• Strong research skills — comfortable with independent desk research, data gathering, and synthesis


• PowerPoint expert, including ThinkCell


• Solid Excel — modeling, analysis, data cleanup


• High autonomy and ambition - you don't wait to be told what to do


• Fluent English
