Sales Intelligence Data Specialist (Fintech): Building and optimizing robust data models using BigQuery and dbt to provide high-definition intelligence for sales outreach with an accent on translating commercial sales logic into technical data requirements. Focus on integrating diverse data sources into a unified view of the market and powering Salesforce and an internal AI Co-pilot for sales.
Location: Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week in Madrid

What you will do
- Act as a "Translator" mapping commercial sales logic into technical data requirements for the engineering team.
- Build data models using BigQuery and dbt to aggregate internal and external API sources.
- Integrate diverse third-party databases for deep context on prospects.
- Structure modeled data to feed the internal AI Co-pilot and Salesforce UI.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt and BigQuery.
- Understanding of business operations and data points relevant to sales.
- Ability to explain technical constraints to Sales Directors and commercial goals to Data Engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills to make data useful in a commercial environment.
