What you will do

• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple product and feature launches.
• Craft compelling messaging, naming, and positioning for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive cross-channel campaigns to reinforce Chainlink’s leadership and product narrative.
• Shape Chainlink’s narrative, bridging DeFi and institutional finance with enterprise value.
• Act as the primary marketing lead for your product portfolio, influencing strategic initiatives.
• Continuously analyze market, user, and competitive insights to guide marketing strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in banking, capital markets, or fintech.
• Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple product launches.
• Strong messaging and positioning skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
• Excellent project management and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to traditional financial institutions or on developer platforms.
• Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, including key players, protocols, and technical trends.
• Technical background or strong comfort working with technical products.
