What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for multiple B2B partners, translating inquiries into actionable requests.
- Assess and validate reported issues before escalating to engineering, using internal tools, dashboards, and SQL to investigate technical or data-centric questions.
- Manage and prioritize requests across multiple partners, balancing urgency and engineering bandwidth.
- Improve intake workflows and refine escalation paths to create consistency across partners.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across product, engineering, supply, and customer experience teams.
Requirements
- Experience serving as the primary technical point of contact for multiple B2B partners.
- Experience assessing and validating reported issues before escalating to engineering, including reproduction steps, logs, context, severity assessment, and relevant data insights.
- Experience using internal tools, dashboards, and SQL to investigate technical or data-centric questions.
- Strong skills in managing and prioritizing requests across multiple partners, balancing urgency and engineering bandwidth.
