What you will do
- Own customers' technical success with the hirify.global Platform and be a core member of their account teams.
- Strategize and execute adoption plans delivering exceptional business value.
- Provide technical advisory, infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct design and code reviews and perform technical health checks of automation programs.
- Collaborate with product support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated issues.
- Develop and improve team processes and methodologies in an agile manner.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years programming experience in .NET / Java applications.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish.
- Experience in technical account management or consulting with customer-facing roles.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client interactions.
- Location requirement: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey.
Nice to have
- Experience with hirify.global, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, or Nice platforms.
- SaaS and cloud technology experience.
