What you will do
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements.
- Develop and implement operational solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for upsell.
- Present KPIs to customer managers, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Translate customer feedback into internal actions across operations, charging, product etc.
- Secure budget adherence and maintain financial control over customer operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.
- +5 years of experience in a relevant business area, preferably in logistics.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how to manage and improve P&L.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and have a process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
