What you will do
- Own marketing projects end-to-end, from intake and solution design to implementation, testing, and optimization.
- Design and build marketing automations using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n.
- Lead technical integration projects across CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable), marketing tools, and internal systems.
- Improve and standardize marketing workflows through technical solutions and automation.
- Operate innovation initiatives, experiments, and pilots, including rolling out new tools and ideas.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external platforms.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing and key stakeholders for smooth delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, or Marketing Ops.
- Hands-on experience building automations with Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Airtable, including architecture, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong technical mindset, capable of translating business needs into systems and workflows.
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, including technical implementation.
- Work format: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Nice to have
- Experience building or managing AI agents or LLM-based workflows.
- SQL or data knowledge (queries, data validation, basic analytics).
