What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, providing actionable analytics and insights to drive sales productivity, growth and retention.
• Develop, implement and enhance scalable sales analytics, data infrastructure and user-friendly reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses, develop new analytical models and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support adoption and optimization of sales tools and processes.
• Track and report on core business metrics.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, Masters or advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience preferred in data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, or analytical consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PPT & PBI).
• Proven ability in developing, executing, and managing in-depth analysis of sales data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
