TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning: Contributing to shaping and implementing the company's strategy with an accent on data-driven decision making and thorough market analysis. Focus on building complex models to evaluate the impact of various scenarios and supporting decision making.

Location: Even though this is a remote role, you would be expected to visit the office as and when required based on the team's need (2-3 visits a month).

What you will do

• Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to support the strategic planning process and strategic projects.
• Conduct research and analysis on market, competition, customers, products, and processes.
• Build complex models to evaluate the impact of various scenarios and support decision making.
• Drive creation of high-impact decision-making materials.
• Continuously gather insights on the ecosystem to build unparalleled understanding of the market.
• Be a trusted advisor to the team and senior stakeholders related to market or business intelligence.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience working in top tier strategy consulting or internal strategy team of a technology company.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with complex data and information.
• Strong business acumen and able to identify trends, opportunities, evaluate risks and challenges.
• Ability to develop and present strategic recommendations based on findings.
• Strong communication skills to work, be credible and become a trusted partner to senior leadership.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in global, multi-cultural environments.
• Having conducted or bought market research surveys is a plus but not required.
