What you will do
- Own execution and performance of B2B paid acquisition campaigns, from strategy through day-to-day optimization.
- Build and maintain growth forecasts tied to hirify.global revenue targets, CAC, and efficiency goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive B2B revenue growth.
- Design and evolve a robust measurement framework that connects performance marketing to Commercial, EDU, and Enterprise revenue.
- Establish a structured pipeline for experimentation and innovation across B2B marketing channels.
- Monitor and clearly communicate channel performance, surfacing opportunities, risks, and insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with deep expertise in B2B paid acquisition.
- Proven ability to connect creative, data, and channel strategy to measurable business outcomes (LTV/CAC, CPA, incrementality).
- Experience managing and developing a small team, including coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Comfortable as a working manager—able to dive into platforms, diagnostics, and experiment design while owning long-term strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision-making; experience with SQL, experimentation frameworks, and incrementality testing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with major performance platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft) and managing external partners, vendors, and creative agencies.
