Location: This role will be based in either the New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Phoenix office, and will be part of hirify.global's hybrid in-office operation.

Salary: $70K - $80K base.

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze client adoption of the hirify.global platform, focusing on employee participation and contribution rates.
• Identify clients with suboptimal platform engagement and assess the underlying causes.
• Develop and execute action plans to address low adoption rates, owning communication campaigns, platform features, or operational adjustments.
• Track, analyze, and report key utilization metrics, creating dashboards and presentations.
• Consult with clients on best practices for driving employee participation and optimizing plan configurations.
• Recommend and program manage scalable improvements to processes, technology, and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in client engagement, business operations, product adoption, or strategic consulting.
• Strong understanding of retirement savings platforms, SaaS solutions, or financial services technology.
• Proven track record of analyzing client behavior and driving data-informed improvements.
• Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives to improve client outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
