Location: Remote (US), with hybrid option in NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle (three days per week). Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year.

Salary: $95,000–$111,000 USD Annually (Fully Remote commitment)

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated workflows and systems to ensure smooth processes and expand access to care nationally.
• Design and execute complex analyses to support decision-making within Insurance Operations and across departments.
• Own and monitor metrics that track the health of Insurance Operations, identifying problems and working towards solutions.
• Collaborate with Growth, Customer Support, and Technology teams to ensure stellar operational performance and service while scaling.

Requirements

• English: B2 required.
• Ability to identify business challenges based on metrics and analyses, and recommend process improvements.
• Strong command of spreadsheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Intermediate experience with SQL, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and pivot as new priorities emerge.
• Detail-oriented and organized to manage processes from start to finish.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with HubSpot, Workato, or other automation tools.
