- Build and maintain automated workflows and systems to ensure smooth processes and expand access to care nationally.
- Design and execute complex analyses to support decision-making within Insurance Operations and across departments.
- Own and monitor metrics that track the health of Insurance Operations, identifying problems and working towards solutions.
- Collaborate with Growth, Customer Support, and Technology teams to ensure stellar operational performance and service while scaling.
Requirements
- English: B2 required.
- Ability to identify business challenges based on metrics and analyses, and recommend process improvements.
- Strong command of spreadsheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Intermediate experience with SQL, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and pivot as new priorities emerge.
- Detail-oriented and organized to manage processes from start to finish.

- Previous experience with HubSpot, Workato, or other automation tools.
