Location: Hybrid setup: after 3 months in-office, work 2 days remote, 3 days in-office weekly from Amsterdam, Istanbul, or Sofia. Travel expenses are covered whether you come walking or by bike, bus or car (in Turkey and Netherlands).

What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, perform risk analysis, and create robust test cases.
• Take full ownership of quality for AI-powered features, including evaluating LLMs and validating data quality.
• Conduct deep technical testing by analyzing backend services through API testing and investigating root causes with advanced log analysis.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance, including designing test strategies, risk analysis, and test case creation.
• Strong technical testing skills, with hands-on experience in API testing tools and log analysis platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in testing AI/ML systems, with understanding of LLM evaluation techniques and data validation.
• User-obsessed and proactive mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• ISTQB® Certified Tester – AI Testing (CT-AI).
