What you will do
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts, leveraging automated playbooks and workflows through the customer journey (onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, expansion).
- Deliver one-to-many customer training and education sessions and host office hours for Q&A on the hirify.global console.
- Analyze customer sentiment and growth propensity using insights from Customer Success tooling.
- Support the Account Management team by sharing insights on adoption and sentiment, emphasizing account growth and relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage customer escalations, identify risks, and build mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Act as a customer advocate, escalating feedback to engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company.
- Technical aptitude with an interest in learning and leveraging AI.
- Proven ability to manage high and competing workloads with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
- Exceptional communication skills to foster positive business relationships.
- A proven track record of creative problem solving.
- Fluent in English to a professional degree (verbal and written).
Nice to have
- Experience with finance or data analytics.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and/or FinOps Certifications.
