What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to define data and technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance as a data subject matter expert on complex data programs.
• Act as a translator between business, data, and IT, communicating strategies to C-level stakeholders.
• Own the creation of end-to-end viable data solutions and oversee program inceptions.
• Formulate data governance strategies addressing security, privacy, and compliance.
• Enable capability building in data strategy and governance and represent hirify.global in forums.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a consultant creating data strategy and solutions that drive business value.
• Solid experience with data platforms and technologies, including AI/ML use cases.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders to operationalize enterprise-wide data strategy.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead technical teams and drive projects.
• Track record of ensuring proper data governance policies (lineage, quality, classification).
• Extensive pre-sales experience and proven ability to independently drive complex pursuits and create winning commercial proposals.

• Experience with streaming analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Experience with data warehousing and analytics platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
