What you will do
- Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Presales Solution Engineers.
- Lead the team with a player/coach mentality, balancing field responsibilities with team development.
- Direct regional planning, actions, and outcomes based on leadership goals.
- Partner with Sales leadership on customer programs and marketing initiatives.
- Provide executive sponsorship for key accounts and act as a thought leader in EMEA.
- Influence the product roadmap based on customer requirements and team feedback.
- Manage and report on the team's quarter-over-quarter cadence for prospect evaluations.
- Drive enablement and sell-with/through channel partners in the region.
Requirements
- Located in France.
- Some experience leading a team, with 5-10 years in the high-tech industry (Developer, Architect, Sales Engineer/Architect, Manager).
- Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth remote-first startup environment.
- Track record of mentoring and managing performance of individual contributors.
- Direct experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products.
- Ability to manage a book of business and exceed quarterly targets.
- English fluency required.
