We’re building a new product from scratch, a complex web and mobile application for the LATAM market.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user flows for a complex web & mobile product.
• Own UI quality from concept to production-ready designs.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to launch the product.
• Actively participate in discovery and solution shaping.
• Prepare clear specs and deliver strong dev handoff.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design for both mobile and web in complex products: B2B, fintech, platforms, enterprise or similar.
• A strong portfolio showcasing B2B-related products, or similarly complex financial tools.
• Proven UI skills.
• Solid product thinking and ability to work with ambiguous problems.
• Confidence working with engineers and handling handoff properly.
• Ability to move fast, take ownership, and push beyond "good enough".
• English: B2 level for effective communication with an international team.
