Location: This is a hybrid role based in the Netherlands. You’ll join us in our Amsterdam office two days a week to collaborate with fellow managers.

What you will do

• Build and own the growth strategy for Trading Cards
• Turn dashboards into decisions that drive pricing, supply, conversion, and weekly performance
• Shape auction planning around hype cycles, drops, seasonality, collector behavior, and market opportunities
• Grow and activate a strong seller pipeline in close partnership with Sales
• Lead, develop, and coach an international (_remote_) team of Trading Card Experts
• Own the category P&L and make decisions that improve revenue and margin

Requirements

• A sharp commercial mindset and the ability to spot business opportunities quickly
• A data-driven approach; dashboards don’t intimidate you and you know how to turn insights into action
• The confidence to influence others and get alignment across teams
• Natural leadership and the ability to bring clarity and drive to your expert team
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong communication skills, especially when you need buy-in

Nice to have

• Curiosity for trading cards or collector culture is a plus (no need to be a walking Pokédex)
