Product Owner GenAI (Fintech): Guides squads in delivering GenAI-enhanced capabilities, reducing cognitive load, streamlining the software development lifecycle, and elevating engineering productivity across the developer community with an accent on defining KPIs and success criteria, and building and maintaining a strategic roadmap for GenAI use-case delivery. Focus on ensuring delivery is responsible, secure, and compliant, overseeing operational guidance, and the required security and compliance documentation for safe scale-out.

Location: Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.

Salary: EUR 4,931 - EUR 7,043 gross monthly

What you will do

• Facilitate cross‑domain discovery to identify GenAI opportunities by engaging engineering, architecture, platform, governance, and business domains.
• Turn validated opportunities into actionable increments by defining clear outcomes and selecting sustainable technical approaches.
• Launch and refine GenAI capabilities iteratively by measuring impact and adapting features and guardrails to improve adoption, usability, and operational safety.
• Own and evolve the GenAI vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Align and coordinate delivery across engineering, Solution Architects, platform teams, governance functions, and external partners or vendors.
• Ensure high quality delivery and cultivate high performing squads by partnering with the Scrum Master to maintain a healthy and effective team environment.

Requirements

• HBO/WO level of thinking and working.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a complex, multi-stakeholder, technology-driven environment working in an Agile/Scrum context.
• Experience delivering and operating digital products, platforms, or features at enterprise scale, managing a diverse set of stakeholders across business, engineering, and control functions.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, tailoring complex information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Driven by business value and measurable outcomes.
• Relevant technical product and market knowledge in (Gen)AI, DevOps, and cloud-based delivery.

Nice to have

• PSPO certification (or equivalent product leadership experience) is a strong plus.
