UX Researcher: Understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of hirify.global's customers to help create an intuitive, accessible, and engaging experience on the hirify.global website with an accent on the end-to-end research process to optimize the customer journey and directly impact Direct Sales. Focus on improving Website CSAT, identifying user pain points for conversion rate optimization, and strategically supporting UX designers by conducting targeted research.
Location: Must be based in Amsterdam and have the right to work in the Netherlands. The company operates a hybrid working model.

What you will do
- Design and conduct generative and evaluative research studies, including interviews, surveys, and field studies.
- Plan and execute usability tests to gather qualitative and quantitative user feedback on existing and work-in-progress designs.
- Analyze research data to identify trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for design and product teams.
- Proactively share research findings and insights with relevant stakeholders across the organization to drive decision-making.
- Proactively review existing designs to identify accessibility gaps and user experience issues.
- Continuously monitor user behavior and industry trends to identify untapped opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of various qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., user interviews, card sorting, tree testing).
- Proficiency with user research and analytics tools such as Hotjar, Baymard, and Google Analytics.
- Strong ability to communicate research findings clearly and persuasively to multidisciplinary teams.
- Excitement about the future of research and how to leverage AI to scale your work.
- Right to work in the Netherlands is required.
