TL;DR

Business Analyst: Connecting data analytics and business strategy by building high-impact dashboards and analyzing performance trends with an accent on translating business needs into data requirements and designing key performance indicators. Focus on preparing actionable insights for senior stakeholders and identifying business process improvements based on analytical findings.

Location: Primarily based in Amsterdam, Netherlands with a working from home policy and the option to work from abroad for up to 4 weeks per year.

Salary: €47,000–€62,000 annually (including holiday allowance).

What you will do

• Act as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders, translating business needs into data requirements.
• Design, test, and implement KPIs, metrics, and data models.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports, supporting the adoption of reporting tools.
• Analyze business KPIs (sales pipeline, revenues, costs, churn) and highlight key trends.
• Prepare and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and improve business processes based on analytical findings and resolve data quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or Data Science.
• 2-4 years of relevant data analysis experience is preferred.
• Ability to switch between high-level analytical thinking and detailed data modeling.
• Strong analytical capabilities and working experience with SQL, R, or Python.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (C1+).
• Results-oriented, independent, proactive, and self-starting.

Nice to have

• Machine Learning experience.
• SAP experience.
• Dutch language skills.
