What you will do

• Project-manage the delivery of hirify.global’s suite of professional services.
• Manage client relationships and needs with key partners among customer organizations.
• Maintain consistent internal communication across multiple teams.
• Ensure hirify.global's customers achieve high rates of product adoption and timely value realization.
• Execute and contribute to the evolution of a company-wide Services Delivery Methodology in APAC.
• Contribute to services estimation and selling activities in the region.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science projects, or consulting.
• Proven track record in successfully managing complex initiatives and challenging stakeholder dynamics.
• Experience leading delivery teams and supporting sales motion.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English (C1+).
• Organized, process-oriented, resourceful, and motivated by a hands-on approach to customer management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or similar training.
• Experience in enterprise data projects and familiarity with advanced analytics technologies.
• Experience in hyper-growth product-based SaaS, data analytics, or an AI company.
