TL;DR

Federal RevOps Specialist (AI): Building and optimizing Salesforce-based revenue operations for federal processes with an accent on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration, process & policy definition, and reporting & analytics. Focus on managing data integrity, streamlining end-to-end processes, and supporting sales team enablement for an AI-era data platform.

Location: Remote within the US or onsite in Campbell or New York. Must be a US Citizen.

What you will do

  • Serve as primary business analyst for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including user setup, permission sets, queues, and profiles.
  • Create and manage Salesforce workflows, assignment rules, escalation rules, auto-response rules, and approval processes.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for support leadership and stakeholders.
  • Document configuration, processes, and support materials for training and governance.
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and deliver onboarding/training sessions to the Sales organization.
  • Own or contribute to cross-functional initiatives like Salesforce user administration and SFDC process management.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience administering Salesforce, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Customer Community.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration (Flows, page layouts, Lightning App Builder, validation rules).
  • US Citizenship (only) required; dual citizenship not allowed.
  • Strong understanding of support processes and metrics (e.g., SLAs, CSAT, case lifecycle).
  • Strong understanding of Agile Methodology.

Nice to have

  • Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience supporting a global customer-focused team.
  • Enterprise software or high-tech industry experience.
