What you will do

• Provide strategic advice to the Legal Network team by conducting in-depth analysis of lawyer and customer data to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with data and operations teams to design and implement processes for data collection necessary for strategic analysis.
• Manage and optimize legal network tools (e.g., Gainsight, SFDC, Sigma) to ensure efficient operation and alignment with Legal Network initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports for leadership meetings, highlighting key insights and progress of ongoing projects.
• Engage with the Legal Network and Customer Success teams to identify potential issues with current projects and opportunities for new initiatives.
• Continuously assess and enhance operational tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall Legal Network performance.

Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or legal network-adjacent roles.
• 1+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, FP&A, or another analytically rigorous environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and departments in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple inputs and priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Sigma.
• Gainsight certification is a plus.
